These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the website https://thearrowbro.com, The Arrow Bro Academy (the “Academy”) and the ArrowMetrics mobile application (together, the “Services”). The Services are owned and operated by The Arrow Bro LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“The Arrow Bro,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing Academy access or using ArrowMetrics, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase Academy access. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your Account
- Each Academy account is for one person only.
- You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Sharing your login, or allowing others to access the Academy through your account, is not permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of shared use, without refund.
- Please provide accurate information and keep your email address current so we can reach you about your access.
3. Academy Purchase and Access
- Academy access is purchased for a one-time fee as shown at checkout. Your purchase includes twelve (12) months of access starting on the date of purchase.
- Access does not renew automatically unless clearly stated at checkout. Renewal options may be offered separately.
- We may change prices for future purchases at any time. Price changes do not affect a purchase you have already completed.
- We may add, update, reorganize or remove lessons to keep the content accurate and useful. We will not materially reduce the core content of the Academy during your paid access period.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
5. All Sales Are Final
Because Academy content is digital and available immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions that apply.
6. Our Content and Your License
All videos, text, images, graphics, the Tuned to Hunt Journey Blueprint, calculators, logos and other materials in the Services (“Content”) are owned by The Arrow Bro LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
When you purchase Academy access, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Content for your own non-commercial use during your access period. You may not:
- download, record, screen-capture, copy or save Academy videos, except where we provide a download option;
- share, post, resell, rent, sublicense or distribute any Content;
- use the Content to create a competing course, product or service;
- remove copyright or trademark notices; or
- attempt to bypass any access restrictions or security features.
“The Arrow Bro,” “The Arrow Bro Academy,” “ArrowMetrics,” “Tuned to Hunt” and our logos are trademarks of The Arrow Bro LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.
7. Safety and Assumption of Risk
Archery and bowhunting involve inherent risks, including serious injury and damage to equipment. The Content is educational. You are solely responsible for how you use it, for the condition of your equipment and for any modifications you make. Please read our Safety and Liability Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Every archer, bow and hunting situation is different. We do not guarantee any particular result, including arrow flight, accuracy, penetration, recovery rates or hunting success.
9. ArrowMetrics App
ArrowMetrics provides archery calculations and equipment analysis tools. Results are estimates based on the information you enter and general formulas, and may not reflect real-world performance. ArrowMetrics is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use of it is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms. These Terms are between you and The Arrow Bro LLC, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for ArrowMetrics or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. The app is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some features may be unlocked by watching an optional rewarded ad.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services rely on third-party providers, such as Stripe (payments), Vimeo (video hosting), the Apple App Store and Google AdMob (in-app advertising), and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ARROW BRO LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE, OR LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Arrow Bro LLC and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your equipment or modifications, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you violate these Terms, including by sharing your account or distributing Content. You may stop using the Services at any time.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
